# Troubles installing the terminal

If you have completed all the installation steps but don’t see the terminal in the directory, then:

* Install [.NET Framework 4.7.2](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/microsoft-net-framework-4-7-2-offline-installer-for-windows-05a72734-2127-a15d-50cf-daf56d5faec2) or [.NET Framework 4.8](https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2088631).
* Install all system updates.

Then restart your computer and run the program installation again.

If the problem persists, try turning off your antivirus while you’re installing the terminal. 

If none of that helps, contact our support service via email <support@tiger.com> or use our [contact form](https://www.tiger.trade/terminal/contacts). We can figure it out more quickly if you give us the specifications of your computer, operating system and terminal version.
