Hotkeys Manager

In Tiger.Trade Windows, you can configure hotkeys for a variety of actions that are most common when trading.

Opening hotkeys manager

To open the hot key editor, in the main menu select Settings → HotKeys Manager. You can configure general hot keys, as well as hot keys for the DOM and chart windows.

Changing a hotkey

To change a hot key, place the cursor in the field opposite the key name and press the desired key on the keyboard. If the key is available, it will be installed. Click the cross to delete the assigned key.

General hot keys

These are the keys that can be used both in the DOM window and in the chart window. The keys for switching instruments and periods can also be used in several other windows.

Switch instrument

A group of keys that allows you to quickly switch instruments in the active window. Hot keys can be configured for up to five instruments. To bind keys to a tool, go from the main menu to Settings → Symbols Manager → Favorite and open the instrument settings by clicking on the gear icon.

Setting hotkeys for instrument selection

The “Open symbol selection menu” option is also included in the symbol switch. Set up a hot key for it and click it on the active chart—you will see the symbol entry field. In addition to the Charts window, the configured key will open the symbol selection menu in the following windows: DOM, Quotes, Trade feed, All prices, and Volume search. The key value is not configured by default.

Switching periods

A group of keys that allows you to quickly switch periods in the active window. Hot keys can be configured for up to nine periods. To bind keys to a period in the period selection window, press the Edit button. In the window that opens, add a new period or select an existing one, and in the settings of the period in the Switch field, select the desired one configured in the hot keys.
