Workspace

One of the main features of Tiger.com Windows is the ability to completely customize its workspace and place it on multiple monitors.

After starting the platform, you'll see a preset workspace with a Chart and Order book with prices. Start configuring your terminal by setting up your workspace. The first thing you can do is placing the platform in a convenient for your order.

How the Workspace is set up

Docking windows

The Tiger.com terminal is built on the principle of docking windows, which allows you to:

  • use screen space efficiently

  • create and modify workspaces quickly and conveniently

  • take into account the features of the application on computers with multiple monitors.

When you open new windows, they appear as tabs in the main window. In order to see several windows on one screen at the same time, dock them using a positioning cross.

To do so, drag the window, holding it with the left mouse button by the title, into one of the highlighted areas (right, top, bottom, or left) in the window under the cross. The center of the cross embeds the window as a tab.

Any tabs in windows, as well as new windows and tabs, can be placed in any of these areas and merged with any windows. An example of the arrangement of windows on the screen:

Tabs can be renamed and copied with all settings by right-clicking on the tab name. In order to do so, you can right-click on the mouse and choose the required action.

Global tabs

The interface has global tabs. They are located at the very bottom of the terminal window. You can place many windows on different tabs and switch between them.

To add a new global tab, click the “+” next to the Main button. These tabs can be swapped, renamed, and also hidden via Windows → Tab panel. The active tab will be highlighted in color.

Separate workspaces

You can create separate workspaces in order to work with multiple monitors in Tiger.com. To do this, through the main menu (File → New window), create a window with a simplified menu and set up a new workspace.

To open a new window, go to the main menu, press Open and select one of the suggested options.

Window
Description

The chart window contains an area with the instrument chart where you can enable the trader module and the DOM if necessary, which allows you to perform trades directly from the window.

A window with all the information required for trading: a dynamic DOM, a chart of trades, clusters, an information block, and a trader module.

Window displaying information available during trading on instruments that have been added to the table.

A window displaying all trades made on the market for the selected instrument.

A window displaying all trades executed through the Tiger.com terminal.

This window provides information on clusters in a tabular form. The table contains information on both the total volume value for the entire bar and the cell with the maximum volume. Volume search is an indispensable instrument for adjusting filters.

A window with the ability to filter information of values by Volume, Trades, Bid, Ask, Delta for a certain time interval. This information will be useful for identifying key levels.

A window with information on Call and Put options regarding the underlying asset and its expiration date. Through this window, you can open the DOM and the chart of the instrument.
