Trading modes
There are several trading modes available in the terminal, which you can choose depending on whether you wish to trade on a real or demo account.
Operating modes
The trading modes can be selected through the top menu of the terminal File - Trading mode. The following modes are available:
Real
Simulator
Player

Real
This mode is used for operating the terminal on real accounts with real money using live data. For this mode to function, it is necessary to create a connection to a crypto exchange or a terminal to receive real-time data.
Simulator
In the Simulator mode, the so-called internal (demo) accounts of the Tiger.com terminal are used, meaning that the transactions are not made on a real account. At the same time, in order to receive live data, you must also set up connections to a crypto exchange or terminal, depending on the instrument you are going to trade on.
The simulator account is unlimited, and leveraged trading is not available in simulator mode. To create a more realistic trading experience, it is recommended to configure the commission for instruments.
Why do I need to set commission in the terminal?Player
This mode is available in the Player and Full licenses and allows users to play historical data for any instrument available in the Tiger.com terminal at the desired speed and the ability to pause playback, rewind and continue playback. In the Player mode, all terminal windows work similarly to the Real and Simulator modes, the difference is that the historical data is displayed instead of real time. Therefore, users don't need to set up connections when using the Player mode. More information about the Player mode can be found at the link.
