# How to set up chart auto-refresh for QUIK connection?

The charts automatically refresh as the data on the required tools is updated every second in the general trades table.

If the chart does not refresh:

* Check the general trades table to see if data is available for all required tools. The table should refresh every second.
* Make sure that **Market data** is selected in the connection settings.

If the general trades table doesn't show the required classes, you first need to connect them through a broker.
